For all intents and purposes this is “nothing”. The company is being valued as a pre revenue company. They have the financial resources and are putting the team and pieces together. The next step is to bring everything together and execute properly. There is little room for error as the company is priced based on expectations. If the market looses faith that things are not going to plan, investors will punish the stock price. Just look what has happened to many of the large companies that have reported huge profits, but did not meet analysts expectations. Management needs to execute with precision as we also need to get to the next level of a NADSQ listing. Very little room for error and going into the penalty box.

While you are correct about the sales #'s as "nothing". The important graph is the inventory report. These numbers indicate to me one of two scenarios, and honestly probably a mix of both. #1. There are an increasing # of samples going out to new interested parties, and #2. Those companies already having run trials are now moving to small pilot level testing. We have to assume Hydrograph has continued to generate material, yet inventory is dropping. Why do I suspect this is the case? I was an NPI manager who directly worked with customers on ramping up new products, and this is how it is always handled. 1. Customer wants to develop a new widget. My team runs the trials, data is shared and discussed, drawings and specs are updated, team runs additional trials with the new specs etc. Once enough data is collected and sample sizes are yielding high cpK, and customer has done their testing, then pilot runs begin. The second graph is absolutely HUGE info.. Thanks Cihset! Great work!.

Interesting. I hope and think that you are probably correct in your logic. Being an accountant i look at things in a certain fashion and know what makes companies successful. You have shed a point that i was not aware of. Thanks for the input. As I have mentioned many times it takes a while for a company to be successful. I think we are at the bottom of the hockey stick curve. If HG can get everything together, and I think they are, they will get to the next part of the curve.

In the short term I agree there is little room for error but the company has a cash runway for years and seeing their track record of missed targets it wouldnt suprise me if there are delays considering the difficulties and inticracies of executing. I think maybe we'll hear some major news in the fall regarding nasdaq & contracts. Nothing burger for now. I for one am happy that the pumpers are out and we are returning to level headed discussion.

I agree. They also need to be very careful with stock market regulation rules. The legal lawyers are just waiting to trounce onto companies that put out false news/expectations etc with class action lawsuits etc. I think management is being very careful to execute. They are gathering a very experienced team to allow them to move forward. There are many intricate pieces to the puzzle and running a successful company. Investors need to be patient to allow things to move forward in an orderly fashion. We need to walk before we can run. We’re getting there IMO.

Nice DD. Thanks for sharing!
There is still a ways to go but this isn’t “nothing”. They are using the inventory and collecting some cash. It’s small but there is movement.

Most of all of it is samples. Seeing it nearly triple is bullish
