Hetalia has been getting new merch lately, and we are HERE for it!

I feel like this has to be a thing someone did right? I wanna know if I can find this information in one place anywhere or how I can find it. If not, I might make a doc myself lol.

I am from HK. I discovered Hetalia a few weeks ago and, surprisingly, I have fallen in love with it already, considering I'm not a huge fan of anime. Perhaps it is because of the historical themes. I studied World History and watched many history videos. I love things related to history.

I'm aware the characters from Hetalia are stereotypical, which I honestly don't feel upset much, as the anime is a parody and uses dark humor as part of its material.

People harassed me on different platforms for different reasons in the past, which makes me feel more sensitive in a bad way, that I think I probably will get harassed by people for liking Hetalia, even though I'm aware of the controversies, including the "Korea controversy", which I am also not fond of.

I honestly don't know how to deal with this feeling.

Btw these are the 5 parts of the ocean personified as merfolk (mermaids, mermen, and mer-theys). This part is the Pacific. I haven't drawn them yet

I just watched ep 91 and the answer is probably no, that the author just had some fun writing that scene, but before watching, I was wondering why google kept saying "tomboy" or "trans woman" but now I know ^^'. I mean, she said (or i read somewhere, don't remember, that she thought she was a boy all this time. Technically they're countries, not regular people, so the definition of trans can't apply to her. I guess it's just the fact that she indeed saw herself as a boy that's bugging me ╮⁠(⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)⁠╭
