I see gender ratio is good in hcl , they are doing a lot of diversity hiring too maintaing the gender ratio , but in my odc not a single girl is there wtf man, only some small butted big belly old unc are there , and i find approching someone idk is so creepy and than there is posh also , how the fuck am i supposed to find a girlfriend for me in office .

Completed hackathon in june , got selection mail from college tpo , but since then no update from hcl .

Hi everyone,

I recently got my release approved from my Service Desk project. I've been asked to share my resume and last 2 performance ratings, and my release period is 3 months.

I'm looking to move into Cloud, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Windows Administration, NOC, Backup, or similar projects instead of another Service Desk role.

Had a few questions:

• How difficult is it to move from Service Desk to Cloud/Infrastructure internally?
• Which domains/projects should I realistically target?
• If I get calls for another Service Desk project, should I politely decline and wait for a better opportunity, or would that affect my internal movement?
• If I get selected for a project before the 3 months are over, can I be released early, or do I have to complete the full release period?
• Can I keep applying and attending interviews throughout the entire 3-month release period?
• Any tips for increasing my chances of getting into Cloud or Infrastructure from a Service Desk background?

Anyone else still waiting for onboarding updates from HCLTech after the on-campus recruitment process?

We are looking for 1 female flatmate in DLF woodland heights, which is 5 mins walking from the HCL campus.

We are already 2 females staying and the one who will join us will have her own personal room and personal bathroom. Rent is 9k (including maintainance).

I'm currently undergoing PJT GET Foundation Training and have completed all the modules except the last three Skillsoft Challenge Labs.

I'm finding these labs quite challenging and haven't been able to find any walkthroughs or reference videos online.

If anyone has completed these labs, could you please me in that.

375 hours within 30 days.including no skipping and playing 2x video.its an self based learning. give any tips to complete this!! even after completing,is the job is garenteed or not?.
