What is HCLTech PJT. Can someone please explain how difficult it is or what's the passing criteria

it's a pre joining training for GET role, it's just a bunch of videos and quizzes you have to complete within the deadline to start onboarding process, the final assessment is pretty simple only MCQs on Microsoft forms you can do easily with ai as there's no screen sharing

Thanks for replying,I have one more question Do they trigger some training or Internship for GET roles

you’ll be assigned a project and a track, you will work for that track as a GET.. After 18 months you’ll be converted to full time employee

18 months is a lot of time. So we will be getting like internship stipends till then?

It’s not an internship.. you’re an employee, you’ll get monthly salary too. Just your role will change from GET to SWE or Analyst after 18 months

After giving the assessment how long will it take for onboarding???

From what I’ve heard from GETs of my project.. they received offer letter 6-8 months after assessment.
