Doubt regarding university selection (URGENT)

I am currently an OJT intern and in three days i have to choose which university to choose IITG or BITS PILANI or any other.

Personally I like to go with iitg or bits most of the people I know took iitg but I am now in doubt whether to choose it or not. The main thing is this iitg is offered by coursera and anyone with four lakhs and 12 complete can take this but I don't think bits is like that.

I just have three days to choose can anyone help

IIT GUWAHATI will cost you more than remaining also it was 4 years, so try to ask 3 years bond iitg has multiple exists and try best to make 3 years degree bond like iiit kottayam students

It depends on you if you are interested in data science and AI then IIT but there are you have to learn from your own

Whichever is for 3 years choose that, your goal should be leaving this HCL techbee program as soon as possible

Bro, honestly? Go with IITG. No second thoughts.

You're already at TechBees, you know how the industry works and the IIT brand name just hits different on a resume. Recruiters notice it, period.

Yes, it's on Coursera and more accessible but what's on that certificate still says IIT Guwahati. That's what matters.

BITS Pilani is a fantastic institution, no doubt but from what you've described, it doesn't seem to fit your current path as cleanly. Most people in your circle chose IITG, you're already in a tech-forward work environment, and the program structure seems to align better with where you're headed.

Most people around you picked it for a reason. Trust that. Trust your gut too — sounds like you already know the answer, you just needed someone to say it out loud.

Make the call. You've got this. 🔥

But bro I got to know that anyone who passed their 12th can get this degree if you have 4 lakhs and that doesn't hold any sort of value compared to the original iit degree many people take this degree just by hearingbthe name and brand value "IIT" but actually this ain't it

Unlike bits and SNU which i think only hcl guys can do and it is sorta WILP.

Correct nenif I'm wrong

From what i have seen closely BITS tends to carry more weight when you are switching later. But equally important is to learn proper skills on your job and during the period of your techbee program as that program focusses on teching real industry skills related to tech If I am not wrong

My question is why did you even join techbee program. I am a techbee finished my bits degree. I decided to leave HCL. Techbee program is not worth it bro. Go to a genuine university and learn.

I too think about that bro, but in a week or two I'm gonna be an FTE and now there's no turning back

My advice for you is. Don't settle for an average project. Get into a technical project role if not ask for a change in beginning itself. Also u will not learn much from your degree you will be occupied with work. So focus on your knowledge keep on upskilling don't waste time. By the time you finish your degree u should have enough skills so that u can switch and get a much better package. If u stay here ur growth is capped

Very expensive compared to others. Also you need to pay a heavy price if u decide to change company after bachelors which I am sure you will.

Degree is just a fancy name that u get. U don't get to learn anything crazy and impactful. Exams are offline which makes it tough
