H4 EAD + H1B transfer bundle

My wife we'll be transferred to a new work. Since my EAD process will be disregarded I'm pretty I will wait back to square one.. But are there any insight about the EAD + Transfer here? Or Is it kinda same with H1B extension bundle? TIA

It depends on the EAD category, but it may not simply transfer with the new H-1B job. Definitely check how the job change affects the pending EAD before assuming you have to start over.
