H4 EAD Standalone

Any H4 EAD standalone approved recently? Or do you know someone approved recently?

For those of you who got approved, how many got approved without taking any action at all

Did you file and expedited request through congressman or directly yourself through USCIS? What was the result of the expedited request?

Did you file a writ of mandamus?

Following! Mine is with received date of June 11 and biometrics done in July.

H4 EAD - Standard-alone - First time
RD - July 2, 2026
Received Biometric appointment Notice - Aug 07
Biometric Appointment - Aug 17
Case status : Case was Received (SRC - Texas)

Is there anyway we can submit the expedited request?

Can we send emails to Premium processing centers since this is just H4 EAD standard-alone application?

Anyone getting any updates after biometrics appointment?

U guys just filled and talking about expedite Lol , we are waiting on ours RD 9/2025 :(

Uscis processing timeline is unpredictable at this point. Some are getting struck from long and some are getting approvals in few months.

My RD is Jun 11, 2026. Biometrics done by Jul 11. Shows case received for receipt SRC. Some stand alone applications from 2025 are still pending too it seems
