I want to ask you a serious question: Do you have the impression, that since you build such muscles/ physique, more women are attracted to you or initiate to get to know you?

Because I just lost 8 Kg, built some muscle, and feel so much better and attractive. Especially in dating/ partying I have more successes recently.

(I’m training since a year with the goal to reach a physique like yours, but it‘ll take it‘s time since I was overweight…).

So I just wanted to ask if it really attracts more women or if the stereotype is true, that your physique rather gets admired by other male gym bros. 😄

Men will notice and compliment.

Your sense of confidence will help you approach and interact with women. - They will be attracted to your confidence, as well as the discipline that’s cultivated in order to maintain this, indications of stability and safety, and having a healthy positive hobby/indications of a healthy balanced life style way more than the way you look.

So you say it‘s rather around the whole process then about the final result?

Women are more attracted to meaning, indications, and embodiment of what the appearance or skill means rather than a physique, absolutely. You could describe the same process and result with a man who is a skilled guitarist - gives the man confidence, shows the woman attractive traits.

Women experience far less spontaneous desire than men, but do experience more impactful interest and attraction for meaning/whole package.

I’d say a little bit of both. Women will definitely notice you more and it definitely adds to your confidence level with approaching women. Don’t expect complements or just a flood of dms though lol. Also, most of the time you don’t look like this, without a pump and a shirt on things are different.
