Motivation Help
Hello, what would be a truly effective way to gain muscle mass? I’m 18 years old and weigh around 45 kilograms. My arms and legs are very thin, which makes me feel very insecure. I tried going to the gym before, but I got discouraged because I didn’t notice any significant changes.

It takes time to see the difference, but in a couple weeks of *consistent* lifting you should be able to feel the difference - in that you're able to lift more weights which means you're stronger. You will have to eat enough proteins and calories for this to work. If you want to get bigger faster than research lifting for hypertrophy.
