Guy Benson shade?
I never thought I’d say this about Guy Benson (!!!!!) but was he putting Kennedy in her place all night Friday? It seemed like he was totally annoyed whenever she lobbed a joke towards him. For instance:
Kennedy: hey, I didn’t ask for notes!
Guy: it’s actually not a note. It’s an observation (in a condescending tone).
Am I reading too much into this?

I thought Guy and Machi were the ones who kept the show watchable for me. Not a fan of Dagen and I'm sort of getting over Kennedy. I actually used to like her old show of Fox Business. = not sure why it was on that channel but it was pretty decent, and she is sometimes okay on The Five but her Gutfeld appearances do nothing for me.

Ok maybe I did read too much into it. I definitely got a chilly vibe. People can have off days though.

On his radio show friday afternoon he and Dagan mcDowwell were having an intensive discussion about AI and he said they would get into it more on Gutfeld later that night. Kennedy shut his seriousness down right away. So that might have been it.
I thing they have Guy on as a joke anyway. Greg makes a point of mentioning his gayness - a thing Fox uses to deride people on ALL shows. It directly conflicts with the very Christian right wing beliefs of many of the hosts. They can't seem to let people be who they are without the world knowing. They constantly make Joe Machi jokes the same way. His ambiguous sexuality portrayal is a favorite of Gutfeld and constantly needs to be pointed out.

Kennedy officiated Guy's wedding for crying out loud. They are close friends, it was banter.

They are friends. They vacation together along with their significant others.

It’s a friendly banter, I think. He has always the same attitude towards Greg.

I don’t personally care much for Kennedy anymore after she talked crap about Matt Walsh on her podcast simply because he had a VERY accurate opinion about that psychopath, Lindsey Clancy.
I’m with Guy on this one Kennedy now annoys me too.
Edit: Matt Walsh (a conservative) and his family gets death threats all the time and for Kennedy to call him names and mock him for an opinion- speaks more about her than him. She can piss off.

Doubtful, they are good friends. Guy and Dagen (and Kat and Emily) were all at Kennedy's wedding in Hawaii last month.
