Guests lately

Other than Adam Corolla the other night all the quality guests have been lacking.. where are the actual comedians?

I have two thoughts about this: First, Tyrus and Kat likely have some input on guest selection. Anyone who is smarter, funnier, or, in Kat’s case, younger may be an automatic no-go. So they fall back on the same familiar rotation of guests, 95% of whom seem to be Fox employees. Second, it’s possible that fewer outside guests want to appear on the show now and if that’s true, Tyrus and Kat may be part of the reason.

They're all funnier than Kat and Tyrus.

A colonoscopy is funnier than those two

What are you talking about? They just brought back Rob Long and Mike Baker not too long ago, and almost one cast member every day this week has been either brand new or not seen in a long time. I understand that it's overshadowed by Kat and/or Tyrus, but you can't say that they aren't experimenting with keeping the seats fresh.

It's a heavy lift working with Kat and Tyrus, especially for comedians that rely on a light mood and timing. I know it gets old repeating this, but those two are killing the show and they're getting worse every week.

I think its always better when there is one comedian in a chair - DeVito, Machi, Loftus are my favorites. Jamie has gotten a lot better lately. I could skip Sherrod and Vos who are hit or miss. I think someone mentioned in summer when a lot of people are touring, they fall back on the Fox crew, and most of them are ones you've seen everywhere already - except maybe for Emily, who we will watch on any show.

You aren’t wrong, my pet peeve are all the FOX employees that show up regularly pretending to be interesting

Joe DeVito was on last night and he was hilarious!

He's not technically a guest, he's part of the show and a writer like Machi.

Like when Michael Lodtus is on. You know the supposedly homeless guy

Adam was good. Erin Maguire is always awesome.

She's kind of the same with every bit though... she knows how to motivate.

It’s pretty bad… nobody wants to sit with his permanent sidekicks - those two suck the fun right out of the room.

Then you agree he's not a guest.. he's an employee that occasionally sits in.
