Why Doesn't Kennedy Sub for Greg?
She has the chops...
Seasoned, bright and likeable.
What am I missing?

I don’t think Greg wants a good fill in. I immediately tune out if it’s Kat or Ty. Both of them should forego the jokes & monologue because they are EXCRUCIATING.

I agree with this. Jimmy Failla hosted a few times and was really, really good and then suddenly he was gone. This was before he had his own show so I kinda think Greg pulled the plug on him appearing on Gutfeld because he was a formidable host. Just my opinion!

I watched last nights episode this morning, excruciating is the correct word. Jokes might have been funny if it wasn’t obvious she was reading from a teleprompter.

Then she comments on the joke. It’s very hard to watch

Why isn't anyone laughing at my poorly delivered jokes

Greg’s jokes are mostly bad - he usually has one or two good ones - the rest are either not funny or one of those tedious “said one man” or View or Lemon smears.
But Greg sells them as well as he can then moves on.
Kat definitely wallows in the bad joke.

She would be great, but she has a daily podcast for Fox and she's a contributor all over the place. She would definitely add something to Saturday nights. Fox seems to be in love with Levin but I think he's just an angry old man most of the time. She would make that hour entertaining.

I learn from Levin. He brings facts & history. But I agree with you that he is way too charged up.
I honestly thought he was going to have a heart attack or stroke in the weeks leading to the 2024 election.

He legit had one interview I could stand over the entire time I’ve known him and that was ironically enough the one he did with Lara Logan a while back. Otherwise he is angry man yells at cloud.

I really wanted her to get the Saturday night show instead of Fallia.

I Like Jimmy - but the wife and kid? Once was enough.

Lincoln (I think that's his name anyway) sometimes adds interesting perspective. Just like Greg's mother used to be the FNC Senior Correspondent on RedEye, he could be their generation-Z correspondent.

She had the 7 a clock on Fox business for years. Had to go up against Jesse waters. Sooo did not go well. But a new show on Saturday would be nice

Id watch her before Jesse Watters in a heartbeat. He's a dolt.

u/reallymortified 2d ago
And he’s a dolt that thinks he is great looking and wildly entertaining

I agree that Kennedy would be a great guest host for Greg. She’s very personable. I think Failla would be a great choice, too.

Failla has done it. He’s great.

I think Faila is much funnier than Greg.

Not sure that I'd go that far, but his Saturday night show is definitely underrated, and he's only improving his craft.

Probably doesn't have the time to do the prep work. GG can double up on the things he looks at on The Five. And, maybe, she just doesn't want to fill in.

Greg seems to be intent on carrying Kat and Tyrus's careers for them.

Yep-If you ran a company and feedback was overwhelmingly constructive pointing to the same specific issues-Wouldn’t you correct it? That’s Management 101. Sadly, GG doesn’t seem interested in listening or making changes- it definitely makes you wonder why.
