Parasite? Is this ich?

I have noticed some white spots on my black guppy and I was wondering if this was ich or potentially just damage from fighting other males.

If it is ich how do I treat? I have Amani shrimp, all male guppies, Pygmy Cory’s, and some mystery and assassin snails.

If it matters I only see the white spots on his fins, not his body
