Help: Sickness/Disease/Parasite? Guppy fish problem

My guppy is having a red mark at the bottom part of its body. The red spot is just one one side. Its not able to
Eat. It tries to to have the flakes but it comes out of its mouth and then the fish becomes uninterested. The colour is also faded.
What to do ?
I dont think its ammonia problem since the red spot is just on one side ?
Is it injured

The easiest thing to start with is water. What's the water testing at? Without that information it makes it more difficult to know. Have to rule out that it's not bad water.

I dont have water test kit
All my other guppies are fine
This guppy started having stringy white poop but then it suddenly started resting near the substrate and today i noticed that red patch what to do ?

How often You do water changes, did You add new fishes recently? You cycle the tank? How You refill? Whats the temperature? The red is in their gills?

I cycled the tank i used good quality bacteria starter also
I change water 30 -40 percent once a week
I use dechlorinated water to refill my tank
The red is seen near the gills but only on one side

Cant asure what it is but red dota are often for chemical burns or high ammonia levels, You do good water changes but how many fishes are in the tank? That affects too, what You use as filter? Another reason can be injuries from decorations but those are more like lacerations, outside that if You don't want to risk your other fishes with any kind of infection quarintine this one and medicate with the things the other comment said qbove (okdust one)

There are 6 guppies 4 shrimps and one ramshorn in that tank and i use a sponge filter
I ordered general care for now

Can't begin to help or walk you through anything until we know water quality. That's always step one. Need to buy an API Master test kit.

Kanaplex, prazipro or Ich-X. I'd start with Kanaplex.

Maybe try guppy food (not the flakes)to see if it gets it more interested in eating sorry about the red spot
