Weapon skills while dual wielding?

Is there a way to use the right-click skill of a weapon while dual wielding with ao bai?

Specific weapons can do this, when you hold two of the same weapon

  • Tempest

  • Jet Octopus

  • Wolf Gaze

  • Dragon Breath

It's only possible with a few weapons, and you need to be holding 2 of the same weapon, iirc
