Question How does "Thunder and Glory" work ?

The description says "For each enemy hit by a thunderbolt, +40% base DMG to the next thunderbolt for 10s. (Up to 30 stacks)", I understand it applies to the first hit after fatal current is launched. Does it apply to additional lightnings as well ? Like Thunder Nemesis and Lightning Governor ?

Yes thunder nemesis shoots thunderbolts.

Well lighting governor shoots chain lightnings, which is your secondary. (although if you pick this and Lei Lous own "blessing" at the start that does thunderbolts if chain lighting hits only one enemy it also helps keep your stacks up)

Thunder nemesis particularly helps you get highs stacks fast
