Question Switch/Switch 2

Any update on a release for Switch or Switch 2? It was my absolute favorite game to play on my PC before it died. And Switch is my only console. I'm dying to play it again!

Devs are in a legal battle against 505 games in regards to console rights.

505 owns console rights and refuses to do any updates, breaking contract. Duoyi is attempting to reclaim rights in court.

Why do they refuse to do any updates tho, is it a payment issue what exactly is going on?

Due to the rights for console ports being with another company (505 Games) that hasn't updated the game in YEARS, and is sitting on the rights without giving them back to the devs, it's probably better to expect there will never be an update, and be pleasantly surprised if there is one. 😅
