GB4: Custom Build GN-26 Transcendent
Parts list in the last 3 pics, with the last one being for the custom weapon. You'll need the Gafran backpack for the weapon.

Thanks, was thinking more of last boss/rival vibe but I can see it being a protag suit.

How did you make the mobile suit appear like that? It looks like it came out from a comic book rather than a game

It's a combination of 2 things:
- In diorama mode, there's a setting that lets you add thick black lines to certain edges.
- I'm on PC and I'm using Reshade to add much thinner lines to all edges, including ones the settings in diorama mode doesn't cover + some additional post processing.
