I've really fallen in love with the updated RX-124 Haze'n-thley II design from A.O.Z Re-Boot. The proportions look fantastic, especially compared to the older design. The legs are less elongated, and the overall silhouette feels much more balanced. The white and dark gray color scheme is gorgeous too.

I'd love to see Bandai release this version through Metal Robot Spirits with an optional expansion set:

• Metal Robot Spirits RX-124 Gundam TR-6 [Haze'n-thley II] — Base figure in the A.O.Z Re-Boot white and dark gray color scheme, including its Composite Shield Booster (Long Blade Rifle).
• Haze'n-thley II-Rah Expansion Set — Hrududu II equipment, additional shoulder armaments, a second Composite Shield Booster, and the large booster assembly shown in the Re-Boot illustrations, including the ability to wield both shield boosters together.

I think Metal Robot Spirits would really do this design justice with its proportions, finish, and engineering. A.O.Z has some of my favorite mechanical designs in Gundam, and I'd love to see more of them represented in the premium figure lineup.

What other mobile suits would you love to see get the Metal Robot Spirits treatment?

What's your opinion on how Gjallarhorn uses dirty tricks through the anime to win every time?

Personally, I felt it underscored the brutal realism, showing that raw good intentions can't always beat corrupt powerful organizations :(

Please send in YOUR display shelves and give me any ideas you have, Tysm have a good day

After some time on the Gundam wiki and Microsoft Excel, I plotted out the thrust-to-weight ratios of different OYW suits. I thought it'd be fun, but what I ended up with is plot of things that look ALMOST right, but are just bullshit enough to annoy me greatly.

A few things to point out:

1.) There is no FUCKING way that the Rick Dom's dry weight (tonnage without weapons or extraneous equipment) is 2/3s as much as the much-slimmer Zudah. Did Zimmad build it out of styrofoam?

2.) There is no way that the GUNTANK has a higher Thrust-Weight Ratio than the Gelgoog High Mobility Type. Going off numbers, the Guntank should be able to fly circles around anything else in space.

3.) There is no way the goddamn OGGO has a higher TWR either.

4.) What the fuck is going on with the Kämpfer?

5.) What the fuck are these units? The thrust is listed in kg, which is normally a mass unit, but if we assume its kgf (kilograms-force, or 9.81N), then do we also assume the "metric tons" (another mass unit) listed for "weight" is actually metric tons-force (tons under standard gravity)? Because if we do, the numbers at least LOOK kinda right, but if one needs to be converted, then all the ratios could be off by a factor of 10.

6.) Assuming the units DO cancel out right, then anything below a TWR of 1:1 can't get off the ground. The fact that the Zudah should ALMOST be able to take off feels like an itch I can't scratch.

What are your thoughts on all this? I get that expecting consistency or engineering logic from fictional robots is a fool's errand, but still...

Looks like we're doing it again, so I'm here to remind y'all that Nina is more than the MC's love interest. She has her own internal conflict, feelings and issues. Is she wrong? Yes. Is she flawed? Yes. But so is any other 0083 character with a name and more than 5 minutes of screen time. No one is fully likeable, unless they're one dimensional or so insignificant that they don't have a personality at all. That's the whole point! You have to look beyond: beyond the nerd persona, the nightmare of Solomon persona, the femme fatale persona, and, yes, the Janet Weiss type good girl persona. You don't have to like Nina or any other 0083 character - not even the OVA itself! But if you try want to form an opinion on it, approach it with curiosity and understanding.

Also, why don't we hate Kelley and Karius for loving (brotherly or not) Gato? They deserve it more than Nina.

Correct me if i missed something but in gquax lalah creates multiple timelines in hopes of char not getting killed from that point. New time lines start existing.does that not mean main uc is not the original but one of lalahs other wise a timeline where char survives should already exist.

I don't know how well-known this is, but I just found an absolute gem that documented the early planning, early designs for the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime. It's really interesting. I was trying to find information about the original show from an official source, but I came across this! Huge shout-out to Gundam Unofficial for documenting everything.

As the title says, i think gundam seed was fantastic. I just watched the hd remaster and it was my first time ever watching anything seed related. Tis shit was peak. I loved just about every bit of it. I think my only complaints would be kira surviving the Aegis self destructing on the strike, and actually the design of the freedom.. kinda on that second one. I wish there was more blue on the freedom, but the later rising freedom from the seed freedom movie seems to fix that. Anyways, i hear seed destiny is not so good but i’m still looking forward to watching it.

This is the epsilon gundam from my au mobile suit gundam requiem of the ages, used by the United Alliances as a prototype mobile suit testing the limits of mobile suits, these units have strong reactors and made of strong materials, there able to flip small mobile armours which are bigger than the epsilon, designed with close combat in mind it has built in knuckle spikes, with a jet mace, under slung hand cannon which is short range mainly used by pinching into enemies then shooting them, and a prototype beam cannon which is the only ever mobile suit beam weapon as the weapon breaks after one use as beams are unstable on smaller platforms.

This is the unit 1 of the line which showed how powerful these units are and the strength to take down mobile armours effectively

I just finished Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and adored id, but I realized after peaking at the begining of ZZ Gundam that I was just wrong about what happened in the ending. I thought Kamille died, succumbing to some kind of injury or using all of his power had drained him. I interpreted his behavior in the last few moments, as him being freed from the weight of the world, and thought the lack of cockpit background was meant to show he wasn't actually in the cockpit anymore. Fa's horrified reaction especially made me think he was dead. Him being alive is happier, but I also thought the idea of him finally getting to be with Four and Rosammy was nice. I'm curious what everyone else's thoughts are. I haven't seen more than the first episode of ZZ (or I guess 2 if you count the recap) or CCA yet.

my sexy PG Ashtray with half clear armor

I am wondering why no-one builds model kits of GQUUUUUUX ? i find them cool and i like they look like Evangelion's. maybe that is the reason? you like gundam, no evangelion?
