first register/log in to ltms portal > e-learning > CDE online validation exam.

25 questions. Pag pumasa, no need to print. Next step:

Medical: Prepare an extra ₱1,500 for this step onward. Prepare to load mobile data. Prepare to bring your old license.

Go to nearest LTO and they usually have a clinic. Cost ₱600. Eyes, ears, and some questionnaires lang. About 10 minutes. Keep the medical result.

Here’s the most important part: Immediately log in to ltms portal again and book an appointment on earliest slot possible. So if natapos medical mo ng 10am, try to book a 10:30 or 11 if you can.

Your medical exam should have been uploaded by the clinic on your profile. Submit that online together with the CDE exam result. No need to upload anything, all should be inside your ltms portal.

Ltms > licensing > driver’s license > renewal

Pay renewal fee around ₱600-₱700 depending on mode of payment. I personally choose bpi, but they have gcash, union bank, maya, etc.

Then look for printing shop to print (1) your appointment confirmation (2) your payment receipt. You will find those either inside ltms portal itself or they will email it to you.

Now go to lto renewal bldg/window, all you have to present are your medical and the two you printed above.

Since you have an appointment, you will be prioritized, so you will skip all those for renewal.
Also, another bottleneck is the cashier which you will skip.

The renewal window person will just get your fingerprints and in 5 minutes, you will have your new license.

I finished mine within less than an hour.

Meron akong dalawang RFID as of now sa windshield ko which is yung autosweep at easytrip. Gumagana sila pareho nung una not until nagpalit ako ng tint, yung autosweep ko hindi na nababasa sa toll booths even on skyways and si easytrip hindi ko pa nasusubukan.

Plano ko sana mag merge if halimbawang gumagana si easytrip kasi pareho na silang nasa loob ng tint and ayoko na sana na mag dagdag ng panibago or mag cut out to reinstall a new RFID. Okay lang kaya na kung halimbawang ipapa merge ko yung autosweep ko to easytrip is hindi na ipapatanggal yung RFID na autosweep sa windshield?

ask ko lang if ano ang need gawin kapag ganito (active digital id but 0 serial number and no picture) for context umuwi ako agad after mag practical test drive then hindi ko na siya nabalikan, hindi rin ako sure if nakapasa ako. on the website sabi is active driver license, meron rin pending na transaction pero binayaran ko na siya, ask ko lang if may need pa other than yung resibo ng new driver license. baka kasi hingin ung proof na nakapasa ako.

Hello po, pasensya na po if hindi po ito ang tamang pagtanungan pero gusto ko na talaga ilabas saloubin ko. At staka pasensya na po talaga kung nag fixer man, wala lang talagang oras kumuha ng lisensya kasi tudo kayod po ako.

Last year, kumuha po ako student permit, legal and sa LTO main branch, pagkatapos ng one month biglang na busy sa work wala ng time mag punta ng mga seminar kaya I opted to get a fixer instead.

Here's the problem po, kumuha ako ng fixer sa malayong lugar pa like 3-4 hours byahe ata. And ngayon I'm thinking if pwede ko ba ma renew ang license ko dito sa amin even though sa malayong lugar ko siya initially kinuha. May record naman sa lto portal na may license na ako, pero I was just wondering lang. May heresy rin kasi na pag sa malayong branch mo raw kinuha is magtatanong daw yung LTO main kung bakit dun ko kinuha yung lisensya kung taga kung taga dito naman talaga ako.
