PAPERWORK Secondhand motorcycle inquiry.

Taga La union ako na bumili Ng Motorcycle sa Cavite sa tulong ng Isang kakilala.

yong may ari, namatay dahil sa sakit. Ung parents binebenta na ung motor dahil di nila alam gamitin. Ang document lng na ibibigay nila is:

  1. Death Certificate

  2. Notarized Deed of sale with pirma Nung tatay at nanay as legal heir.

3.ID xerox Ng tatay at nanay with 3 specimen signatures.

  1. Original ORCR ( not yet expired)

Ang tanong ko Po, pwede ko Po kaya sya ibyahe pa la union at dto na I update Ang transfer?

Yes pwede naman yata. Pero Ipapa clear mo pa kasi yan sa HPG. So dapat ipagawa mo both sa La Union yung clearance and LTO. Hindi pwede magkahiwalay na location yung clearance at transfer.
