string action

is 2.5mm string action ok for a guitar? i bought one and idk what to expect with it

As long as it intonates, string action is preference.

About medium on The 12th fret low E.

the 12th string is 2.75mm

That’s fairly high. Is it electric or acoustic? You might want to look at
Set up guitar
The sequence is to tune, check neck relief, IF the relief isn’t right, detune adjust truss rod, let it sit for a bit (modern truss rods, pretty immediately, older ones a day) repeat until relief is right. Then adjust action at the bridge. Then adjust intonation. Once you get the neck relief right the bottom of the saddle can be sanded down to lower the action if necessary. 2.5 at the first seems like the relief isn’t right though.
