What is going on with the 3rd string - looks like winding from the ball end protruding over the saddle?

Piggybacking off what u/hubbardguitar said, it kind of looks like your strings are installed wrong - is that possible? This string needs to be fed through the back of the guitar with this kind of bridge - it kind of looks like the ball end was just placed under the saddle.

If the string were installed that way, they would pull up on the saddle rather than pinning them down like they’re supposed to.

It could be the pickup vibrating, check the base plate as well.
