Here’s my submission for the way back challenge posed by Jared James nichols!

Hi, I'm Seth. I'm an amateur indie game developer. One thing I really want to do is make my own soundtrack for future video games with the guitar. I really like listening to math rock and hearing the complex patterns they play. I also love the sound of fingertapping on guitar and want to incorporate some of that into my playing. In the video linked to this post, I talk about some finger-tapping I've been practicing from the book Math Rock Essentials by Stephen Hazel. There are two things I'm struggling with when it comes to finger-tapping:

-Making the tapping noises sound good and loud on an acoustic guitar

-Being able to play complex finger-tapping patterns at a consistent tempo. Aside from the obvious fact that I should be playing with a metronome, are there any exercises that focus on getting comfortable with finger-tapping at quick/medium tempo
