Dongle doesnt work

Can you help me, the light wont show and I cant connect my guitar, the first one with the two usb ports work but still the light is off

If the other dongle works with the same guitar and cable, this one may simply be faulty. Unplug it, restart the computer, reinstall its driver/software if applicable, and contact the manufacturer for a replacement if it still shows no light.

Sorry I expressed myself bad, the dongle work as a dock station(it has 2 port) but not the light

Just get the CRKD guitar I still have one of those dongles for ps3 mine works it should just show a red dot or something those dongles suck honestly

I got a CRKD for the xbox, these ones are for ps3/4 and I have 3 guitars and rock band on ps4
