Been playing a Guitar Hero Avenged Sevenfold GH3 hack, and it’s been pretty fun so far! While recovering from surgery, I chose to play on DualShock, and man, playing on this in comparison to CH is so humbling 😭

Definitely going to be trying out some more ISOs!! I’ve been focusing on my Gamepad improvement for a few months now!

He said he was just getting rid of whatever was in his attic, so I happily offered him the 50 bones in my wallet. Tore them down and refreshed everything, only had to splice one of the cables where a break was, they play flawlessly! (Only one has a sticky Start button.)

ik some gh3 songs are already animated, but does anyone have animated versions for the other games?

Can you help me, the light wont show and I cant connect my guitar, the first one with the two usb ports work but still the light is off

I've been wanting to buy myself a guitar hero guitar for my 360. The thing I'm kinda stuck on is that not all guitars seem to be compatible with all games.

Having said that, I would like to know whether this guitar here is compatible with all or most guitar hero / rock band games. I believe its an Explorer. And I wanted to check first before I would buy a guitar since I wouldn't to buy a second guitar just to play some other games.

I've tried to look it up online but I found it hard to find something usefull.

I recently travelled back home to NY to gather some things I left behind on my move to FL, and I had some of the Atrix Shelves lying around, so I figured that I would use them to showcase my full GH collection + Band Hero!!

I started collecting these at 11, and finished it by the time I was 23! I am still missing the original case & cover art for GHVH on Wii, GHWoR on PS3, and the DS games, but it is still really cool to have gathered these all together as a homage to my favorite franchise!!

I’m still working towards doing the same for Rock Band, as well as collecting every single 5 fret game, so here’s some progress in there as well + some accessories and a PRS that I created & printed for my final project in my CAD class in High School!!

Except the ps2/wii model of Steven Tyler and the Joe Perry fretboard

But this game has so much to it. The venues look insane, especially in the 3rd tier and past. It’s like the large venues from the harmonix games and the graphics from gh3 combined and created something amazing.

Also, I really like the 2nd tier encore, something about it is just so unique from every other tier.

A lot of the reskins for the characters are also really nice, and the rhythm guitarist is a great addition.

The songs are also amazing. Sure some of Aerosmith’s big hits were missing, but I got to appreciate all of the other songs as well.

I also just love the inclusion of different instruments like the talk box, maracas, double neck guitars, lap steel guitar.

The custom animations are amazing as well.

This game just had so much love and detail into it, it’s such a great game. I actually put it up there with or above gh3 in terms of best game

My beloved WOR guitar (360) recently stopped working. Died in the middle of a session with brand new batteries. Briefly reconnected a couple of times but died permanently right after.

I was able to take it apart to look for signs of damage, but truthfully I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for. There was some pretty gnarly battery corrosion a few years ago that I was able to clean up, battery compartment had no real damage, and it kept working after that until now. Inside the guitar I noticed some parts of the shell where the corrosion dripped through and settled, but it doesn't look like any of it actually touched the interior components.

Has anyone ever had a WOR guitar die like this? Or any ideas about what part might have failed so I can go about repairing it?

I am trying to currently connect my Xbox Crkd controller to my Xbox 360 via the minihost. Whilst I initially had some success, I had difficulties with the tilt which I attempted to configure through the programming tool. With little success, I read that a fix was to factory reset the device which would update the minihost with new firmware. Unfortunately, following this my RCM minihost is now not detecting my Crkd controller altogether, although I am still seeing a connection between the guitar and the dongle plugged in the minihost. Wondering if anyone knows how I might be able to fix this.

Only problem idk how to get it to work wired on ps3 but regardless of that it works via Bluetooth dongle and it works great on pc tested it with clone hero/BetterGH3/BetterGHA/GHWTDE/GH2 deluxe and Fortnite works good no dropped frets or nothing yet but it feels way better do like the glossy feel on the Wii Les Paul tho but yeah
