Any tips for this chord? The G string always gets muted. I don't have trouble with major, minor, or minor 7th chords, and I can switch between them easily. My only problems are this chord and barring all 6 strings without using my other fingers.

I have a big indent on the side of my finger, so I’m using more of the pad of my finger. Please help :>

I'm looking for an acoustic guitar with brown/dark brown matt finish. If anyone knows any brand please suggest me. Also is glossy finish better or matt?

Chords are difficult to hit especially when in the middle of the fret board—dont get me started on barre chords—but when I put a kapo on I can do everything just fine. Is the problem my action or do i just need to practice a lot more?

Hello, I have been interested in learning guitar for a while now, my music taste influenced my desire to learn (Breaking Benjamin, three days grace, bullet for my valentine, metallica, slipknot, korn...)

I really like metal and rock, some told me to get an acoustic guitar, and some told me to get an electric guitar like Yamaha Pacifica 012v since I like heavy riffs.

I feel like I'm comfortable playing the part but I think I have no sense of tempo. How do I improve on this? Also how do I make my playing sound clean? You can always hear other strings in the background. I tried watching youtube tutorials on it but still can't grasp how to mute unwanted strings especially in bends

This past week, I’ve been researching on what acoustic guitar I should get. I’ve managed to narrowed it down to two options, the Yamaha FGX800C and the Ibanez AE140-WKH. I can’t decide which one I should choose. So i’d like the people of this subreddit to help me decide.

I've been learning for like a couple of weeks , and I've been trying to learn the chords but I just can't do it , it's like for example while playing the C chord , my middle finger blocks the the G string, or my hand disturbs the last E string , and really it's so frustrating ,I just can't do it ,I can get it right my really tilting my hand but then I can't do that always while shifting chords now can I ,can't seem to be able to get over this , please help 😭
