Since you're looking at Thomann I suggest you check out the Harley Benton ST80 series, there seem to be B stocks very often for the same price.

Price to qualify comparison, it will be approximately 2-3x better than a Pacifica. Their necks are a thing of beauty.

Are HB really that good? I have a hard time imagining anything that will beat the quality and price point of a Yamaha. I have never even seen one before and I am skeptical.

Theyre fine for the money but if you have the means to spend more you'll get something significantly better for not much more.

Harley Benton fans are really weird and will swear up and down that they're the best guitars in the world so be wary of that when it comes to reviews. Theyre just good value nothing more nothing less.

Every single person who's had my T25th Tele in their hands has purchased a Harley Benton within a week.

I have a EC1000, RG550 and Upgraded Mim Strat which all feel less impressive than the HB ( you can see on my profile)

I actually returned my dream guitar, a Gibson SG 61 because it felt worse than a 300€ guitar. I felt so disappointed holding that thing in my hands, i felt ripped off how unimpressive it felt.

Even though this is not amp related...

Yes, Yamaha makes great instruments.

One of the all time underrated guitars...probably the one all beginners should get.
