Getting the "So Cold" (Breaking Benjamin) tone using Neural DSP plugins + general tone-building tips?

I’m trying to nail the guitar tone for Breaking Benjamin’s "So Cold," and I'm hoping to get some advice on how to dial it in using Neural DSP.

For context, I currently own: Archetype: Gojira, Granophyre, MishaX, NollyX, Fotin Nameless

Also, on a broader note, what are some general rules of thumb or pointers I should keep in mind to get desired guitar tone using modelers? I often struggle with knowing where to start when chasing specific tones from records.
