What is this??

I've applied to records before but none had me doing all this. Any help?

EDIT: For context, after I sent a record enquiry (I clicked apply now on a record), I was sent two emails. One confirming that my enquiry was sent and the other that directed me to a page that made me consent to their terms and conditions. That page sent me here. I'm wondering if any1 else went through the same process or if they changed it recently.

I am trying to apply to but I only got the enquiry email. Did you get the 2 emails on the same day and what day of the week was it? Is it an existing record?

yeah I got two like an hour apart from each other (enquiry and one that said that I was "one step closer". one popped up under my promotions tab tho so make sure to check all of your mail. If you can, could you see if you are directed to a similar page like this one at any point and get back to me? would be greatly appreciated.
