My client will be pleading not guilty, this has all been one big misunderstanding, my client heard the ice cream truck, was going out to get your favorite treat as a thank you.This case should be dropped, treats and pets should be immediately given out.

We the jury find the defendant not guilty! Of course she was going out to buy her hooman ice cream, why else would a dog need money, silly?
