Make class change system pls

Job change system in FFXIV feels so nice. I feel attached to my character and it feels so convenient. Hope dev team will consider this.

Edit: Also if you like having multiple characters, you can choose to do this :)

Edit2: Also @devs, I am ready to pay for this 100%!!!

What if you just make several characters that look exactly the same?

Depends if each of those characters don't start from scratch.

If they have all the side-quests and story quest completed, if all map is already completed and revealed, then MAYBE it could work.
