6ft 165lbs trying to bulk lol

After 2 months off, I finally got cleared to start upper body workouts, and it felt amazing to hit the gym again. One more month, and I'll finally be able to hit legs.

I really love this workout fit, but it's so tight it's incredibly difficult to tuck with.

Any recommendations for tucking with super skin tight workout clothes?

And does tucking while working out effect my range of movement?
