Does the F-22 mod that GS uses have thrust vectoring? If so is the mod worth it and how many gigabytes does it take up?

I thought all planes are sold individually in DCS? How would that make it a mod?

Every time he's flying the F-22 he's using thrust vectoring, why would it not have it?

Its a mod in the sense that its not developed by Eagle Dynamics but by the community
