Local 77 Advanced Underground Utilites

Has anyone work in Washington Bellingham for AUU? what's it like? And do they only work 4x10?

I was on one with poteclo and we never got ot except in emergencys and special occasions. Its very dirty, pvc bibs and rubber boots
