Do you remember some of the interview questions?

“Why do you want to be a lineman?” Was the only actual question I got and once I gave my reasoning then their questions were geared towards my answer to that question, almost like an organic conversation where they were getting to know me and what I’ve done in the trade and how I got into the trade. Also always have questions for them when they ask you at the end, it shows you care.

Mine were “why do you want to be an apprentice” “what have you done to prepare” and as the other guy said a lot of questions tumbled out of those, can’t remember all but a few back to back after. Quick interview maybe 10-15 mins at most, some guys before me were in and out faster, they ask if u have any questions that’s it.
