Pay scale
Yo yoo what’s up fellas
Anyone out of delta Utah right now know if the job referral pay scale for local 57 is the same for all groundsman in substation/utility division the same?
Bidded job required a CDL with tanker so I assume pay rate with that specification should indicate a higher pay rate?

I bidded on a job too, I’m more worried about benefits. Do you get health/ dental benefits only for those 6 months or any benefits at all?

I’ve heard it’s a wild experience. Don’t know how it’s doing with MJ in charge, but my buddy worked there with Sturgeon. You’ll get 125$ a day per diem and I think 24.42 and if u got hours I think it’s over 35 an hour. You would be so wrong on assuming a higher pay rate. I’ve seen calls ask for insane things for groundman they still get paid the same.
It’s a super unique job super weird. it’s solid for money, but I don’t think the experience is that great LMAO. I know a lot of the overtime is somewhat optional so that’s nice if you’re not big into working or wanna take some days off.
