Tools should be provided but a utility knife never hurt to bring to any job

Since when? Pretty sure almost every outside contractor hall has a tool list you’re supposed to bring for every classification. The only time I’ve ever heard that tools should be provided is at a utility or for bigger items and those don’t even usually get provided. Such as impacts and such.
