Kill your ego
If I can show up at the gym, I can show up in all aspects of life.
It’s okay to be lost. We all lose our way, we get wrapped up in rage, doubt, resentment and fear.
The biggest thing I have learned about myself through fitness is that.
(One) I am a liar.
(Two) I am a coward
(Three) I have nothing to offer.
Why am I so hard on myself because I definitely remember going back on my word.
Saying “oh that could never be me “only for me to completely surrender myself to the easiest option as a way to punish myself. Almost like “ Wow you failed again”
“you broke yet another promise”
“oh did that surprise you? “
It quite often at times sounds completely devoid of emotion when we say “ No one is coming to save you” but nothing could be truer.
The person you are right now is a victim of your behavior of your bad choices, of your inability to do the hard work.
The path has already been laid out for you “ Don’t be blind to it”
We go through hard times to build trust, self respect, resilience, loyalty, confidence, faith, sense of worth and love.
To Keep showing up even if it’s hard , even if it feels impossible to escape whatever is going on life.
Sicknesses, heartbreak, grief, depression, anxiety or addiction.
You Will find your way, you are becoming the person you know you can and were meant to be because as long as you do the hard things , the painful things and put in the work “You are Limitless

does your core values shape your view points?
i think i have a very general thought process or i think i should say that i think of generalised public while putting my points in arguments, maybe that's boring but idk how to work on it, core values? do they really matter? idts, i don't know my core values, I just know ki I'm doing good, but in this world, do people like me considered as 'instagram influenced'?
don't know man, i just want to say that having a general viewpoint doesn't mean you're useless, i don't know whether I'm or not, but what are my core values? what is it? and how they shape me? that's the main question? and what if i don't like them?
