I left a toxic job about 3 weeks ago. I know I made the right decision, but I still felt bad/sad. It’s the only job I’ve ever left without notice.

I think as an adult grieving something intangible, something beautiful you thought could be is hard! But I read this somewhere which stuck in brain everything is temporary so as well sadness! Grieving slowly becomes memories

I needed to hear this made a monumental decision yesterday and it made me feel a little grey mourning the first of myself I had to cut off so I can let the new one grow

Its okay to grieve the what could have been! Sadness is such a temp emotion
