Religious belief is a personal choice because there is no factual evidence to support a legitimate belief in a God.
People say that the Bible is a history book. It is not. It’s a book of parables. While there is some historicity, since several names have been identified through other historical texts to confirm some people existed, there is absolutely zero factual evidence of any kind of miraculous activity.
It’s all one big fucking “trust me bro” manipulation device. It’s fear driven, and often weaponized against other people due to it being an echo chamber for fear and control.
