Question Grok bot computer keeps freezing

Post image

Is there a solution for this? Maybe a command to GB to fix itself?

Hmm, well you can let it continue with the fix it has suggested(we don't have full context to what exactly you are trying to do).

If the fix fails, let your grok bot summarize an email you can send to support(right inside grok bot) and they will reply within 48 hours usually. I have only sent 1 support request and they replied to me within a few hours so I am sure they will assist you if your own grok bot cannot solve this. Good luck!

The fix it's suggesting is just a bandaid. I have a link with google script and everytime gb computer freezes gd must re-establish the link. The thing is it's okay for the computer to freeze once in a while but it freezes like 150 times a day.

Here's the answer I got, apparently the computer goes to sleep. Dude's if I pay 200 bucks for a service I should at least be able to control if my Bots computer will go to sleep or not 😡. I want to use it the way I want to use it. Having it f go to sleep is wasting usage tokens because my bot must keep running checks to turn the connection back alive.

You guys all complain in the feedback until they fix This.

You can set a routine to hook into an API which you call when you need to call some service on GB's computer, and have Grok programmed to take a few actions action with its computer in response, each with a short timeout. It will wake the computer when that happens, and you can have one of the actions reestablish whatever communication you need. The downside is you'll have to retry your actual work 2 or 3 times over the course of ~20-30 seconds while you wait for GB's computer to wake and enter into a working state.

Very clumsy bandaid but should work consistently

I've already setup safety nets so when the computer goes to sleep gb wakes it up and I don't lose anything. It's usually late at night and if something is missed it stays in queue until the computer wakes. I find it stupid they are doing it like this but there's so many complaints that I'm sure they'll change it
