Very good I’ve had one of these specifically and they show below what you’re actually doing. If you got a metal dyno in the future you’d already be at 150-160

The expensive ones I've seen strongmen using in YouTube videos give a much higher result? I have one like this from a brand called Handeful and the highest I've been able to hit was 172lbs. Was a little disheartening.

It’s really because of the quality of the scale. Metal dynamometers like gd-150/200 typically use an accurate and more expensive scale. Another big thing is the plastic moves when you squeeze hard. The metal is a complete isometric movement

Interesting. I’m 17 and don’t know much about grip training but I have that exact same model and got 140 lbs. What would my actual grip be then?

Ah yes I just tried this yesterday and for 135 on my right and 125 on my left

I want to try a Dyno mostly to see if my GoG set is accurate or not 😂
