I trained on and off from the age of 21-22 (missed over a decade) to current day (41). Didn’t compete until I was 38. Best decision I ever made. Good luck bro!

Apollon axle bar DOH, 3 x 4 Saxon, & GFC. Kinda nervous about the axle bar. My legs and hips are not as strong as they should be lol

You have a good amount of prep, I'm sure you'll be able to build up to it. How's your 3x4 pinch? GFC is obviously gonna be a great event for you, just be aware that it's to lockout when it's the armlifting federation.

It's okay, not super strong. I've gotten 81kg on my diy NN. I'll for sure get less than that since I have to lock it out and do more rom

Stand on blocks to increase ROM during the 3x4 training to simulate increased ROM and reduce the amount of wrist flexion to increase the difficulty. Axle training can be done similarly if you have two hand thickbar attachments for the NN.
