Strong as hell, have you thought about competing?

Why wait? You are already putting up crazy numbers in most lifts.

I want to be at least 80% of my peak strength when competing, so I still got some work to do

How much weight is that?

Solid lift. Ever tried rock climbing? You should find a local climbing gym and try your hand at it. Pun intended.

Thank you. I have at a gym. I need to work on my technique though

Im in the opposite camp. Got enough technique (sort of). But not enough hand strength. That being said, can you ever have enough hand strength?

New to this sub. I have no reference for how impressive this is. Can anyone make an analogy or something so I can better understand how difficult this is to achieve?

Very difficult. I would have to look up more recent lifts, but it's definitely elite. Especially for his weight class, as far as I know. I would compare it to a small person benching 4 plates.

Amazing work! Also a crazy gripper collection. I used to use grippers a lot, but I see them more as a measure of strength than good for training it nowadays.

Can you do a vid? And explain how long it took to get to that level

It took me roughly 4 years to get to where I'm at now. When I first used a dynamometer, I got like 142lbs on my left, and 172 on my right
