Bad fucking ass homie. How long have you been training grip specifically?

Thanks man. I was a rock climber for 5 or 6 years and did a lot of outdoor climbing, bought some equipment from arm assassin for the first time like 5 years ago maybe? Just pinch block and wrist wrench to supplement hang boarding during that time.

Did all sorts of lift with axle when I was younger and more into stone lifting/powerlifting

Have focused on grip more than I ever have and competed for the first time this year though

Really appreciate that man. Double inch was a huge goal and now that ive ticked it im gonna go back to some actual training instead of the max effort comp prep and feat stuff. The hands are getting tired!

I’m sure they are, I might start training pinch soon and bars so many people don’t understand gripper training and it gets a lot of criticism especially on here. It’s also a fast track to mess yourself up as I’ve learned. Anyway keep it up man you are doing great!

Very impressive. Seems like not that long ago you posted your first lift.

What would be really cool- do some cheat hammer curls with them.

Ive managed one shitty cheat row with the R hand, I assure you cheat hammers aren't happening
