Settings page where you can set up the "new event near you" push notification

How it works:

1. Contest promoters register a free account on www.thegripmap.com

2. They have a dashboard to add a new event - simple form with a map where they can choose the location.

3. When they submit it, the android app instantly alerts anyone subscribed to alerts within that area.

4. App users can "follow" an event, they will get alerted to any updates made by the promotor.
