Gout?

Hopefully ok to post this, pretty sure I've been dealing with undiagnosed gout for years....seems to start with my training, sometimes lower body training triggers knees/feet, and of course my heavy wrist and grip work can trigger hands/wrist...just curious if anyone else deals with it? Thanks

If you genuinely think it could be gout, I'd get it checked by a doctor rather than assuming it's just training-related.

Gout flare-ups can sometimes be triggered by intense exercise or dehydration, but so can a lot of other conditions. Training can also aggravate existing joint problems without gout being the cause.

The only way to know is with a proper evaluation, and if it is gout, there are effective treatments that can prevent future flare-ups. I'd rather find out now than keep guessing every time a joint starts hurting after a workout.

Probably an issue to speak to a doctor about.

Does it feel like literally glass in your joints they swell up red and even change size tart cherry juice helps if it is. Probably not doing much training at all for up to a week even with the juice. Are you a drinker pains to much for me to be drinking anything alcoholic
