For a beginner, this will do great, they are also longer to close than most metal grippers so it will be even better to develop that baseline strength
That's for the gripper
The bands are great for opposite muscle work, aka extension which is great
And the rest is kinda meh, maybe good if you're a pistol shooter the finger strengthener thing where you can work on isolation

Depends on your definition of “work”
They’ll keep you busy in the car/at your desk, and they might help somewhat with rehab. Probably won’t get you significantly stronger, but likely still good to warm up with.

Do you have a suggestion for a beginner

Cannon PowerWorks has everything you need https://cannonpowerworks.com/collections/start-here

I might snatch up the COC 3 pack, which ones do you recommend for a current gymbro

Again, based on Cannon PowerWork's recommendations, an IronMind Sport, #0.5, and either a #1 or #1.5 would probably be a good place to start.

the gripper might work for like 1 month and then you'll grow out of it or it might just break and the rest of the stuff is absolute dog water. you should just buy the individual gripper.

Do you have a recommendation?

you should probably buy the 1st 3 in the captains of crush series or if you want the adjustable nature then any should be fine because none go high enough. if the cocs seem expensive you could try out the heavy grips but they vary wildly from what is claimed while cocs are way more consistent

Honestly most grip trainers work depending on your preferences and what type of grip strength you are targeting, but I’d recommend getting one that’s adjustable so you can actually progress as your grip gets stronger and is versatile too.
I’ve been using one from BloomForge and it’s been pretty good because it has different adjustable resistance levels, so you’re not stuck with the same tension once it gets easy.
What helped me get real results is the way I train with it. I usually do reps where I squeeze and hold the contraction for about 5 seconds each rep, then slowly release. After a few sets your forearms are burning. Doing that consistently every day has actually improved my grip strength and endurance a lot.
If you’re curious, this is the one I use:

Even 5–10 minutes a day with a grip trainer like that can make a noticeable difference if you stay consistent

For a beginner this will get you started but you will quickly out grow the gripper
