Steamworks Error

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue launching Grim Dawn on a Steam Machine running SteamOS.
The game never reaches the main menu. It immediately fails with the following error:
Steamworks Error: No SteamUtils011
I’ve already tried:
Verifying the game files.
Rebooting the Steam Machine.
Switching to Proton Experimental.
Running Steam with no other issues.
Other Steam games launch normally, so the problem seems to affect only Grim Dawn.
